The weird thing about this is that it's Mitt Romney who's making the anti-Perry argument. Why's that weird? Because Mitt Romney himself made the case that the Social Security system is defrauding the public. Here's the relevant section from his campaign book:
In other news, Perry remains atop the field in CNN's latest poll. He won the endorsement of Louisiana Governor Kenneth the Page while Romney won the backing of former Obamneycare critic Tim "T-Blah" Pawlenty.
I figure it's best to wait to analyze the debate until it's over, but I'm eager to see how Ron Paul and Michele Bachmann handle themselves, and I wonder if Rick Santorum will once again wear a pink tie. I hope Herman Cain goes 9-9-9 on his opponents and would love to see if Newt Gingrich can explain why Jon Huntsman is even bothering.
As usual, we'll be blogging throughout the debate and hosting a discussion right here at Daily Kos. So we'll see you at 8PM ET for the return of Rick Perry and the Seven Bores.
